How does Mellune work?

Take a photo of a skincare product, or upload one from your library. Mellune identifies the product, checks its ingredients against the skin profile you set up, and gives you a match score, what's good for you, what to watch out for, and tips before you buy.

How do I get the best results?

Photograph the front of the product so the name and brand are clear, in good light.
If the product is less well known, a photo of the ingredient list on the label helps.
Keep your skin profile up to date in the Profile tab — every scan uses it.

Is the result medical advice?

No. Mellune gives general cosmetic information to help you choose products. Results can occasionally be wrong, so always check the product's packaging, and ask a dermatologist or doctor about skin conditions, pregnancy or medications.

A result looks wrong. What should I do?

Tap “Something wrong? Let us know” at the bottom of the result. Pick what was wrong and add a note if you like — it helps us improve.

Subscriptions

Your first scan is free. Mellune Pro unlocks unlimited scans, weekly or yearly.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
To cancel or change plans: open the iPhone Settings app → your name → Subscriptions → Mellune.
New phone or reinstalled the app? Open Profile → Restore purchases, signed in with the same Apple ID.
Refunds are handled by Apple: visit reportaproblem.apple.com.

Where is my data?

Your skin profile and scan history are stored only on your phone. You can clear your history in the Profile tab, or delete the app to remove everything. See our Privacy Policy for details.
